We enable our students to build successful careers by preparing them for early wealth creation. We offer wealth-building workshops and financial accounts during the students academic journey.

Framework
Our north star is preparing members to build generational wealth. Our Wealth-Building Framework serves as the foundation for our wealth-building program and provides a roadmap for members to build both financial wealth and financial wellness, as they pursue their personal and professional goals.

Scholarships
100% of our members graduate college debt-free through our Opportunity Scholarship Award, which pays the balance of college loans in the members' name. Additionally, our members receive a $25k college stipend and may qualify to earn up to $1,000 each semester in college for demonstrating academic excellence.

Wealth Building Coursework
Beginning in 4th grade, our members build strong financial skills, habits, and mindsets through real-world experience with saving, budgeting, understanding credit, investing, entrepreneurship, and home ownership, and more.

The Academy's
Small Businesses
From their first day at the Academy Group, members build entrepreneurial mindsets and skills! Our members launch at least three student small businesses as a part of our summer program, including running a real food truck, with all earnings going to their 529 college savings accounts.

College Savings and Investment accounts
We teach our members to invest early and often. The Academy Group works with families to establish 529 college savings accounts and individual brokerage accounts for their students. We contribute an initial $250 to each account and give students real-time opportunities to learn about the power of investment.

Alumni Entrepreneur Accelerator
Our entrepreneurial members develop multiple income streams and cultivate business ideas through our entrepreneur accelerator and incubation program. Small-group cohort learning, expert mentorship, and related support services (legal, accounting, etc.) set our future business leaders up for success.
