Job Access
We aim to prepare our members to secure offers for strong first jobs before they graduate college. In these roles, members may earn at least $75k annually, have benefits, and pursue pathways for growth and promotion-all while loving what they do. Our program prepares students to be competitive candidates for the roles that can easily help them chart a path to building generational wealth.

Pre-Professional Program
Launched in 2024, our Pre-Professional Program exposes students to five industries where they will start building wealth: Management consulting, finance, health sciences, technology, and business. Beginning in 7th grade, students engage in a year-long simulation alongside corporate partners and volunteers from these industries, learning about available roles and desired skills for success in each sector.

Internship Program
Beginning in 12th grade, the Academy Group supports students in securing paid summer internships that provide critical exposure to corporate America and open doors to future employment. Through our network of partners, the Academy provides support in sourcing internships and preparing students for success in the application, interview, and internship program stages.

Career Preparation Program
During our twice-monthly Saturday program, high schoolers learn about building their personal brand, strengthening their professional network, having a successful interview, and building a strong resume. This learning continues through the internship and career preparation phases, when we provide individualized coaching and support as students transition to careers.

Corporate Site Visits
High school members visit the offices of our corporate partners, strengthening their interest and awareness of strong first jobs in various industries, and building their belief in their own journey to those spaces.

Networking Events and Speaker Series
Our Career Program prepares students to cultivate and leverage personal and professional networks. We put these skills to the test through robust networking events and our year-long speaker series, which connects our members to professionals across a range of sectors.
