1:1 Advising
Members, from grade 7th to alumnihood, meet monthly with a personal advisor who helps them set goals, strengthen their student profile, and navigate critical transitions into high school, college and careers.

Academic Acceleration
We encourage all members to pursue academic excellence, and offer a range of free and individualized tutoring and academic acceleration opportunities. Students also engage in free test preparation courses for entrance to college and select high schools.

Enrichment
Members pursue their personal passions and develop their skills through our enrichment programs, which helps them to sharpen transferable skills and build a well-rounded student profile. Our Saturday and Summer Programs offer high-quality, choice-based programs including karate, Latin dance, guitar, photography, and robotics. Similarly, our elementary school members are eligible to receive up to $500 annually to pursue their interests in music, the arts, sports, STEM, and more.

National College Tours and Representative
Visits
High school students are exposed to roughly 40 colleges and universities through their time with The Academy Group. Our local and national college tours are designed to expose students to different institutions and academic programs. Similarly, our fall and spring college representative dinners allow students 1:1 access to leaders from institutions across the country, helping students network and learn more about building the desired student profile.

College Advising
and Persistence
Program
We prepare 100% of students for successful enrollment, persistence, and graduation from college. High school students participate in the College Access Advising program twice a month to chart a course to college, including understanding college fit, unpacking college financing and navigating college applications. Once enrolled, members meet monthly with a persistence advisor, who ensures they thrive academically and socially on campus.

Students select from a vast catalogue of opportunities including international study abroad, pre-college programs on university campuses, speciality camps, and more.
