Building a Strong Foundation for Success
The elementary program offers a 4-week summer session and Saturday program throughout the school year, with a focus on entrepreneurship challenges and group advising. Students receive individualized tutoring to accelerate their academic growth, enjoy enrichment programming and field journeys, and start building their future with an initial contribution to their college savings account from The Academy Group.
MiddleSchool
Exploring Careers and Preparing for High School
Middle school students participate in school-year Saturday sessions, focusing on career exposure through the Pre-Professional Program and advising that prepares them for the high school transition. They receive 1:1 advising and choose summer pathways, including study-abroad programs or specialty camps. Students continue to build their academic profile by preparing for high school entrance exams, participating in local college tours, and continuing academic acceleration.
HighSchool
Preparing for College and Career Pathways
The high school program builds on career and college readiness through our Saturday Program and robust advising. Students benefit from 1:1 advising to guide them through the high school transition, prepare for college, and explore careers. Students study abroad, participate in pre-college programs, and attend specialty camps through the Summer Pathway program. Additional support includes national college tours, college representative visits, test preparation, and ongoing academic tutoring for success.
CollegeProgram
Supporting Success Through Graduation and Beyond
The college program offers 1:1 college persistence advising to guarantee members’ success in their college journey. Members benefit from professional networking and paid summer internships, supported by access to career coaching, preparation, and placement support. The Academy Group builds upon its members’ financial knowledge, introducing them to financial literacy and wealth-building workshops, and puts them on the path to graduate debt free, offering a $20k college stipend and the Opportunity Scholarship Award.
AlumniProgram
Support to Grow Careers, Build Wealth, and Stay Connected
Our Alumni Program is designed to provide ongoing support as members navigate their personal and professional journeys. Alumni gain access to personalized 1:1 career advising and job placement support, as well as a series of career-focused webinars and workshops. The program also offers wealth-building workshops covering essential topics like home ownership, investing, and retirement planning. Through networking events, an entrepreneurship incubator, and social gatherings — including “Alumni Give Back” opportunities — members stay connected and inspired. In addition, the program provides resources for continued career advancement, including certifications, coaching, and access to industry conferences.
