The Academy Group is a unique social enterprise that leverages earned revenue from financial investments to create world-class opportunities for young people from the nation’s most resilient communities. Our programming affords students the exposure, access and acumen they will need ascend to the highest levels of leadership in business and society.
Fueled by the belief that talent is ubiquitous, the Academy Group unlocks opportunity for young people from the nation’s most resilient communities to realize their full potential as economic, educational and social change agents.
Our Model
We’re intentional about serving a diverse cadre of young people. A majority (95%) identify as Black and Latinx, and we’re proud to be creating pathways for students who need it most.
