Our flagship Chicago program is a 14-year journey offering members a variety of experiences that support their development as future leaders. This rigorous program of study starts in the 4th grade and creates a pipeline for students who ultimately graduate from college debt-free, with strong jobs, and on a pathway to building generational wealth.
