Our Young People
We aren’t the first to recognize that we live in a world where talent is abundant and dispersed, and where opportunity is often too scarce and concentrated.
This “opportunity gap” is felt acutely by young people from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups and those from low-income backgrounds.
We’re intentional about serving a diverse cadre of young people. A majority (95%) identify as Black and Latinx, and we’re proud to be creating pathways for students who need it most.
