To further support the academic dreams and personal growth of young students, we at the Academy Group are proud to present, ‘The Opportunity Scholarship Award’. The scholarship award will provide financial assistance to the Academy Group members, eliminating their undergraduate student loan debt and allowing them to pursue their educational dreams without the burden of debt.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD BENEFITS

  • The Opportunity Scholarship Award pays all eligible members incurred undergraduate tuition or trade school debt and additional expenses
  • Eligible to receive up to 20,000 as college stipend
  • Scholarship program is supported with intense interdisciplinary exploration of business, justice, and leadership
  • Gives access to diverse, enriching experiences like study abroad opportunities
  • Pre-college summer programs and college tours
  • Academic advising and mentoring to help you navigate through the college admission process
  • College persistence and other resources to help close the opportunity gap
  • Open to members in elementary school to postsecondary programs
  • Currently the Academy Group members attend 75 colleges and universities and 50 public elementary and high schools in the Chicagoland Area.

The Academy Group launched its program model in 2017. Its members are immersed in an intense interdisciplinary exploration of business, justice, and leadership.
